We currently sell: (1) memberships, (2) day passes, and (3) drinks for in-club pickup\/consumption. We do not ship products. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Memberships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Activation &amp; billing:<\/strong> Most memberships activate immediately or on the start date shown at checkout and bill on a recurring cycle if marked as auto-renew.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refunds:<\/strong> Membership fees are <strong>non-refundable once a billing period has started<\/strong> and we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong> You can cancel at any time <strong>before<\/strong> your next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Auto-renew charges stop after that date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fixed-term\/prepaid plans (e.g., 3\/6\/12 months):<\/strong> <strong>Non-refundable<\/strong> once activated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Errors\/duplicates:<\/strong> If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Temporary closures:<\/strong> If we must close for maintenance, safety, or events, we may extend your access or issue time credits at our discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Day Passes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid for one person for one calendar day during staffed hours unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-refundable<\/strong> and <strong>non-transferable<\/strong> once purchased.<\/li>\n<li>If the gym is unexpectedly closed on the day of your pass and you cannot use it, we will reissue the pass for a new date or provide a refund upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Drinks (In-Club Pickup)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All drink sales are <strong>final once opened or consumed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Unopened drinks may be exchanged or refunded <strong>within 7 days<\/strong> of purchase with the original receipt.<\/li>\n<li>Pickup only; risk of loss transfers to you when the item is handed over at the counter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) How to Request a Refund or Exchange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email:<\/strong> __________________ &nbsp;|&nbsp; <strong>Phone:<\/strong> __________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please provide your name, order number, purchase date, and a brief description (e.g., duplicate charge, unopened drink return). We may request a copy of your receipt and a photo of the item (if applicable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Timing &amp; Method of Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved refunds are issued to the <strong>original payment method<\/strong> only.<\/li>\n<li>Processing time: typically <strong>3\u20135 business days<\/strong> on our end; your bank or card issuer may take an additional <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong> to post the credit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6) Promotions, Discounts &amp; Gift Credits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promotional items, discounted offers, and gift credits\/cards (if offered) are <strong>not refundable<\/strong> and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.<\/li>\n<li>Promotions are time-limited and subject to their own terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7) Chargebacks &amp; Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension until resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8) Abuse or Misuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We may refuse a refund or exchange if we suspect fraud, abuse of this policy, or violation of our Terms &amp; Conditions or gym rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9) Governing Law &amp; Venue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy is governed by the laws of the <strong>State of Texas<\/strong>, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in <strong>Harris County, Texas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10) Changes to This Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We may update this policy at any time.
