When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string (hash) generated from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you’re using it. You can find their privacy policy at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Other visitors may be able to download and extract this data.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may opt in to save your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. These last for one year.
Visiting our login page sets a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies—this cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we use cookies to save your login and screen preferences. Login cookies last two days, and screen settings last a year. Selecting “Remember Me” keeps you logged in for two weeks. Logging out removes these cookies.
Editing or publishing content sets an additional cookie that stores the post ID of the edited article. This expires after one day and contains no personal data.

Articles on our site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). This behaves the same way as if you visited the originating site directly.

How Long We Retain Your Data
Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to enable automatic approval of follow-up comments.
Registered user data is stored in their profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their personal data at any time (excluding the username). Site admins can also access and edit this information.
Your Data Rights
If you have an account on our site or have left comments, you can request a copy of your personal data or ask us to erase it. This excludes any data we are legally required to retain.

Checkout, Membership, and Waiver Records

When you purchase a membership, gym pass, merchandise, or another product, we collect the information needed to process and administer the order. This can include your name, contact and billing details, account identifier, products purchased, payment status, transaction and subscription information, and communications about the order. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy notices; Iron Enano Gym does not store your complete payment-card number.
Product Waiver and Policy Acceptance Evidence
When a product requires you to accept a waiver, policy, or other terms at checkout, we create an order-specific record of that acceptance. The record includes the date and time of acceptance; the affected product; the policy title, URL, agreement text, version information, and an exact text snapshot; cryptographic hashes used to identify the accepted policy version and detect accidental changes; your checkout IP address; and the browser User-Agent supplied by your device.
We also create a pseudonymous browser/network fingerprint by applying a site-secret-keyed, one-way HMAC-SHA-256 function to the checkout IP address and browser User-Agent. We do not use canvas probing or similar active fingerprinting techniques, and we do not use this identifier for advertising, cross-site tracking, or to build a marketing profile.
Why We Process This Information
We use order and acceptance information to complete purchases, provide and administer gym access and memberships, maintain accurate consent records, prevent fraud and misuse, secure the checkout, respond to customer requests, enforce our agreements, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We limit this collection to information reasonably relevant to those purposes.
Access, Sharing, and Retention
Acceptance evidence is stored as private order data and is available only to authorized personnel who manage the store or need the information for an applicable business or legal purpose. We may disclose relevant information to service providers that support our hosting, website security, ecommerce, payment, email, accounting, or legal operations; when required by law or legal process; or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and property. We do not sell waiver-acceptance fingerprint data or use it for targeted advertising.
We retain order, membership, and waiver-acceptance records for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the purchase or membership, document the agreement, resolve disputes, meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements, and establish or defend legal claims. We then delete or anonymize the information when it is no longer required, subject to technical backup cycles and any lawful preservation obligation.
Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may ask whether we process your personal data and request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. Some requests may be limited where retention is required to complete a transaction, comply with law, protect security, or establish or defend legal claims.
