Overview

This policy applies to purchases made through the Iron Enano Gym LLC online store. We currently sell: (1) memberships, (2) day passes, and (3) drinks for in-club pickup/consumption. We do not ship products. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

1) Memberships

  • Activation & billing: Most memberships activate immediately or on the start date shown at checkout and bill on a recurring cycle if marked as auto-renew.
  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started and we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel at any time before your next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Auto-renew charges stop after that date.
  • Fixed-term/prepaid plans (e.g., 3/6/12 months): Non-refundable once activated.
  • Errors/duplicates: If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge.
  • Temporary closures: If we must close for maintenance, safety, or events, we may extend your access or issue time credits at our discretion.

2) Day Passes

  • Valid for one person for one calendar day during staffed hours unless otherwise stated.
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
  • If the gym is unexpectedly closed on the day of your pass and you cannot use it, we will reissue the pass for a new date or provide a refund upon request.

3) Drinks (In-Club Pickup)

  • All drink sales are final once opened or consumed.
  • Unopened drinks may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Pickup only; risk of loss transfers to you when the item is handed over at the counter.

4) How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Please provide your name, order number, purchase date, and a brief description (e.g., duplicate charge, unopened drink return). We may request a copy of your receipt and a photo of the item (if applicable).

5) Timing & Method of Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time: typically 3–5 business days on our end; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

6) Promotions, Discounts & Gift Credits

  • Promotional items, discounted offers, and gift credits/cards (if offered) are not refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
  • Promotions are time-limited and subject to their own terms.

7) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension until resolved.

8) Abuse or Misuse

We may refuse a refund or exchange if we suspect fraud, abuse of this policy, or violation of our Terms & Conditions or gym rules.

9) Governing Law & Venue

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
